Hint: This document applies if all icons, except the JavaScript-based "NEW" icons, work properly. If you are having a problem with all icons, click here for the solution.

The JavaScript-based "NEW" icons may fail to display properly if you recently moved your board from one server to another.

1. Log into your board's administration program as the board administrator (typically 'admin').

2. Go to Options Manager - Icons.

3. In the "Icons for Subtopics" box, you should note that there are 3 possible "New" icons there, none of which are checked. Check the desired icon and save the options.

4. Go to Appearance Manager - Regeneration, and regenerate your board.
