For customers who have purchased a support contract that includes telephone support, the call-in number to request telephone support is stated in your materials accompanying the contract. If you have lost or misplaced these materials, please contact us for a replacement.

Telephone support is not available for purchase as a "single incident" service. It is available only as part of a support contract.
